How much the Muslim community needs the institution like the Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage, does not need to describe here. It can be felt from the inner heart.

Every year on the day of 21st December, The Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage celebrates with great pomp and show its foundation anniversary. It was 21st December 1986 that the Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage was established. The foundation Day Anniversary is celebrated in two phases. The first half of the celebration is devoted to "Jalsa-E-Seerat-Un-Nabi", while in the second half "Foundation Day" is celebrated and various dignitaries from the Government state or Central, District Administration, and reputed social personalities are invited.
Educational Week
Educational Week is observed every year. It is a special week in which various sports competition, essay and Dramas etc. are held and the children are awarded with prizes at the hands of prominent dignitaries.

This freeship is for entire academic session. If there performance and behavior is found not satisfactory the freeship may be cancelled. Half or full freeship is granted according to their guardian's income.
Students Aid Fund
In the Orphanage’s school a major amount is taken from the paying students at the time of admission. Out of this fund needy students of the Orphanage school are provided financial assistance based on requirement and extra ordinary performance of the students. A lump sum amount is granted by students Aid Fund committee to the “Bait-ul-Mal” for the education of the non-orphan girls. This amount is used for poor student’s fee (Free ship / Half or Full Freeship). Teachers, lady teachers and students provide money to Bait-ul-Mal as donation every Thursday.
Student society
There is a student society whose name is “Jamiat-ul-Talibat”. The students hold various types of competition, written and oral debating etc. amongst themselves from time to time every Thursday. The students select their own office bearers for the society. They also hold training and decision for various programme in Urdu, English, Hindi, Arabic and Persian under the guidance of their respected teachers.
School Uniforms
All the students (Orphan and Non-Orphan) girls are compulsorily required to wear school uniform during the school hours. Students without uniform are not allowed to enter the school.
Dress and Hijab Veil
Maroon colour Jumper, white shalwar, white dupatta and green sweater in winter, is the uniform. The uniform for elderly girls cloak (Hijab) (Deep green) and white scarf is compulsory.
Kafala Scheme (Sponsership)
Every year so many orphan girls have to returned saddened and without being admitted because of pressing financial problems. Annual expenditure for the education of an orphan girl is Rs. 20,000/- only. Brother in Islam to can generously contribute towards this by bearing the expenses of at least one orphan girl.
If you do not care for them they would remain illiterate. Allah (SWT) would indeed hold you accountable on the Day of Judgement.
So long as the wealthy section of the community does not take the responsibility of educating at least one orphan girl, the dream of spreading literacy would never be fulfilled. Instead the gap of illiteracy would further widen.
“Educating a girl is as if a whole family has been educated.” It is the duty of wealthy persons to take care of the helpless orphan girls of the community.
Enayeth Day : (30 sep, 1885- 30th Sept 1970)
Enayeth day is celebrated on 30th September every year, and the foundation day of the institution is 21st December 1986. Enayeth Khan, the founder of the Gaya Muslim Orphanage (Cherki) presented the imagination of the establishment of "the Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage". He was born on 30th September 1885. This is also the death anniversary of Enayeth Khan as he left for his heavenly abode on 30th September 1970. On this day we remember his memorable works. We pay homage to him, his attempts and endeavours as he struggled for the orphan boys and girls despite of great opposition and presented a thought for “The Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage.” So on Enayeth Day and the foundation day, we remember his glorious works and history. We pay the homage to him and his colleagues and pray for all of them. Having considered on the works of the last year, we decide for the next path as how he had kept his journey continuous facing different types of difficulties and reached to his ambitious destination.
