MEDALS & PRIZES DISTRIBUTION

Section A

In the memory of Enayeth Khan, the founder of “The Gaya Muslim Orphanage” and the thinker for the establishment of “The Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage” Enayath Award will be given to the teacher of those students who will obtain the highest marks in the Bihar Board, Matric Examination.
Qur'an Memorization, A sewing machine, some amount and a merit certificate will be given to the student who becomes Hafiza.
The student securing the first, second and third position in drill or P.T. also will be awarded.
Such lady teacher also will be awarded who will behave with orphan girls affectionately like their mother, sister or daughter.

Section B

To the girl achieving the first position in each class.
To the students Achieving the first, second and third position in the Bihar Board Examination.
To the student who will secure the highest position among all the students of the school.
To the student who never becomes absent from the class in the whole year.
To the teacher who never becomes absent from the class.
To the students who will get the first, second or third position in ◉ Hamd, ◉ Na’at, ◉ General knowledge, ◉ Speeches, ◉ Calligraphy, ◉ Essay-writing, ◉ Literacy discussion, ◉ Drawing competition, ◉ Drama, the assumed Moshaira for children, ◉ Baitbaazi etc.
To the students who will be declared the first, second and third position for the best performance in educational week, ◉ Jalsa-e-Seerat-un-Nabi and foundation day.( 21st December 1986)
To the students who will represent the best item for the demonstration.
To the students whose hall will be declared the “Most cleaned”.
To the students whose discipline and social behaviour will be declared the best.
To the students who will get the first, second and third position in the sports competition, P.T. and First Aid etc.
The demonstration such as ◉ kabaddi, ◉ Rope pulling, ◉ long jump, ◉ high jump, ◉ musical chair for small children, ◉ Orange race, ◉ Jalebi race, ◉ Spoon race, ◉ Handkerchief, ◉ sackrace with (three legs) etc.
To the students who will get the more number of prizes among the recipient of the prizes.
To the students participating in the works of human services also will be awarded. Such as the nursing of the sick students, guidance of the younger girls like her sister and on the time of any accident to save the life of other girls keeping her life in danger or to perform such types of work which makes everyone surprised.

MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

For Both The Students Of School And Hifz-O-Tajweed

The scholarship will be awarded to the students of class VIII, IX and X who will secure the 1st three position in the annual examination of IX and X respectively.

Class VII
Students of class VIII who secure 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the annual examination of class VII will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 40/- Rs. 30/- and Rs. 20/- respectively per month for a period of 10 months.
Class X
Students of class X who secure 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in the annual examination of class IX will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 40/- Rs. 30/- and Rs. 20/- respectively per month for a period of 10 months.
Department of Hifz-O-Tajweed (The Qur'an Memorization)
The Student who will memorize the most part of the Qur'an and secure the 1st , 2nd and 3rd position in the annual examination will be awarded a scholarship of Rs. 50/- Rs. 40/- and Rs. 30/- respectively per month of a period of 10 months.
Note
Merit Scholarship will be given to only those students who will keep continue their education in the institution.
