Department for Hifz-o-Tajweed (The Qur'an memorization)  (six years) The Qur'an memorization is completed within 6 years by the time. They pass matriculation. Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa Urdu Nursery School Nursery to KG I to KG II (3 years) Hazrat Fatima-tuz-Zahra Urdu Girls' Middle School (Class 1 To 8) Nursery, Primary-( 5 years )Middle (Junior level )-(3 years) GMGO (Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage) Urdu High School (Class 9th To 10th) (Senior Secondary Level)- 2 Years In accordance with the syllabus of the CBSE, there is a well equipped science laboratory.
NoteModern Education as well as the Holy Qur'an, Arabic (Language and Literature) Islamiyat, Vocational Training such as stitching, cutting, weaving and Domestic Science etc. are also taught here living under the Purdah (Veil). Hazrat Khadija-Tul-Kubra Vocational Centre It is an essential part of our life a friend in need of a good and bad time. It has to increase our income sitting in our houses and living under the veil   ◉ Zari   ◉ Embroidery   ◉ Garment Technology and Home Science are the main courses of learning here. Enayeth Library Enayath Library named after the founder of “The Gaya Muslim Orphanage” who imagined the formation of Girls' Orphanage in 1938, houses several journals, Monthly and Weekly Magazines and Books on Science, Arabic and Islamic theology. From noted publishing agency we get important Magazines, Journals, Books on Islamic Theology, Science, Computer, Vocational subject etc. Allama Syed Sulaiman Nadvi Computer Training Centre In the memory of Allama Syed Sulaiman Nadvi. He was a famous, pride worthy Islamic scholar, Historian and author of great level. He had compiled many pride worthy books i.e. Seerat-Un-Nabi (life history of prophet Muhammad) Volume I to vii (From which the Arabic Library is empty), Khutbaat-e-Madras (Lectures on the Prophet), the shipping of the Arabians, the biography of Omar Khayyam, the history of Arz-ul-Qur’an, the biography of Allama Shibli Numani and the life history of Hazrat Aisha Siddiqua etc.
Computer education is Going on. A well equipped Computer lab is available containing three computers at the orphanage for training to its students. Computer education is compulsory from class V(5) to x(10) for the students. Jabir Bin Hayyan Science Laboaratory In the memory of Jabir Bin Hayyan, Who was a great Islamic Scientist especially in the Field of Chemistry. In the Laboratory a big practical Table and all the science Equipments are present where the practical Education of Biology (Botany and Zoology), Physics and Chemistry is imparted. Enayeth Book Depot In the memory of founder of the Gaya Muslim Orphanage, who was the founder of The Gaya Muslim Orphanage.
This is a book shop which sells course books, exercise books, Arabic and Islamic books, only among the students of the orphanage. Department Of Adult Education (3 Years) It was established on 2oth June 2002. A young illiterate married women had enrolled herself for the course and completed her studies as a paying border. Several other illiterate girls and women have also joined for the study course. The Qur'an (Nazra),

 Allama Manazir Ahsan Gilani Reading Room In the memory of Allama Manazir Ahsan Gilani who was a great author of many books. He was a great Islamic scholar, historian and author. He wrote the biography of Shah Waliullah, Tadween-e-Qur’an Tadween-e-Hadees, Al-Nabi-Ul-Khatim (Seerat of the Prophet) etc.
(For both orphan and non Orphan girls) : Newspapers, Urdu, English, Arabic, Hindi, Weekly, fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Six Monthly Magazines are available for reading. It serves also as a common room. Book Bank (Kutub Khana) (For Orphans Only) There is also a Book Bank in the institution from where the Orphan students are provided with their course (School) books free of cost. Maktaba –e- Enayeth This is the department which published books and booklet etc. Bachiyon ki Apni Dukaan (Children’s own shop) There is a children's own shop in the campus of the orphanage from where the girls' buy different types of biscuits, toffees, mixtures, oil, soap, shampoo, pen and pencil etc. Bacchiyon ka Apna Bank (Children’s Own Bank) Here the girls deposit and withdraw their money which they bring from their homes for their personal expenditure. They withdraw their money by the help of cheque and passbook and spend it. Opening time is between the Namaz of Asar and Maghrib.

Enayeth Museum Here, in the museum, the things related to the founder of the Orphanage and mostly the things of that age have been collected e.g. the antique letters of the Founder of the Orphanage in Urdu and English (From 1916 to 1956) , Printed Annual Report (From 1936 to 1956), The Pamphlets of the two new orphanages i.e. The Industrial Orphanage of Muslim League and waheediya Orphanage, the letter of 1936 to establish a Girls' Orphanage, the diagram of the mosque Before the Construction(1948), the application of the teacher and Its reply to 1935 Fatwas (The Judgement according to the Islamic Rule), The Pamphlets of againstors, the post card , the reply of fatwas by Emarat shariah and the letter the written reply in the court, written statement case no.34, 1942 A.D. Claimer (Muddaee), Sheikh Md. Haneef Versus Enayeth Khan, the Founder of the Gaya Muslim Orphanage. The Letter The Invitation Card for the Golden Jubilee and Platinum Jubilee and its reply and the mesages by the Dignitaries etc. The Orphanage Annual Function Invitation Card of the Celebration of 1935 printed in English' the Farewell (Fire Brigade Office, Calcutta) Card on the Occasion of the Retirement Day (1943) of the Founder of The Gaya Muslim Orphanage, The Pictures of the teachers and the Dignitaries of old age i.e. The pictures of the builders of the orphanage the original & Photocopy of the hand-Written Qur'an, and the old picture of the Orphanage's. Founder's Wooden bed (Chauki), Easy Chair and the Chair etc. Are present only in the Enayeth Museum, of the Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage, Kolowna. Department of Mess There is a mess system in the Orphanage. Orphan and non-orphan girls share their food together uniformly. The expenditure on Orphan Girls' food is borned by the orphanage itself and non-orphan girls, pay their bill.
There is a provision of three courses of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in lunch and dinner generally rice, pulse, bread, vegetables and meat (twice in a week) are served. In the morning, light breakfast is provided. Office Of The Gaya Muslim Girls' Orphanage G.M.G.O. office, Enayeth Book Depot and the reception are located in Mohaddis Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim Hall. Department Of Building Construction And Development This is the department which undertake the construction of new buildings and maintenance of the old ones.
Remember Till now there was only a hut for the orphans but with the co-operation of philanthropist and by Allah’s grace, this is struggling by leaps and bounds to become a palace.
According to Late Maulana Abdul Majid Daryabadi, “Even the hut owners have commenced to dream for the palaces. An Eastern semi Islamic institutions has flourished. The dust has achieved the dignity of a storm". Department Of Maintenance And Repairing It undertakes maintenance of the existing old building repairing of Generator Electrical fittings, water supply system and drainage etc. Department Of Information And Publicity This is the department which informs the general people and well wishers the ongoing development activities in and around the institutions.
